Boarding

Starports are our designated stops in destination cities for bus departures and arrivals. To learn more about our the specifics of where our bus services depart from visit our Stop pages!

We advise you arrive at your designated Starport 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, and note that parking is not available in some locations. Starline is not able to guarantee parking or any facilities at our Starport locations.

You must bring your printed boarding pass or a visibly verifiable copy of your boarding pass (such as on the screen of a smartphone), which is included in your E-Ticket receipt from theStarlineCo.com. Guests who fail to be present for boarding 5 minutes prior to departure will be considered a “no show” and their seat may be released to stand by passengers. Please be timely, because if you’re late we can’t wait!
